Description
The next film Cinema East film series at Pickford Film Center (1318 Bay Street) is The Tale of Princess Kaguya. This is the last film in the special series of film screenings devoted to the work of Studio Ghibli co-founder Takahata Isao, with films screening each Thursday in May of Takahata’s features, at 7:45pm and with a matinee at 11:00am.
The Cinema East film series is co-presented by Western Libraries and Pickford Film Center, with film selections curated by WWU librarian Jeff Purdue. Each film in May also features an introduction.
