Are you interested in getting involved with the university at the Board of Trustee level? Apply to be the next Student Trustee! The deadline is Wednesday, April 1st, 2020 at 4:00 p.m.

The Board of Trustees is Western’s governing board, legal owner and final authority. The Board provides policy direction and guidance.

All Western students on all campuses are eligible to apply, whether they are undergraduates or graduate students, as long as they maintain full-time student status for the year long tenure.

Additionally, we are seeking students to sit on the AS Student Trustee Selection Committee. This committee serves to recommend 3-5 student trustee candidates to the AS Executive Board of Directors who pass them on to the Governor of Washington for approval.
