Wellness Wednesdays is a weekly drop-in workshop series focused on mental health and well-being hosted by the Counseling and Wellness Center. All you have to do is show up! We are currently scheduled for the Miller Collaborative Space, except for Oct. 6, which will be held in the Ethnic Student Center, and Dec. 1, which will be hosted on Zoom. Wellness Wednesdays will adhere to current COVID-19 guidelines and safety precautions and is subject to change. Healthy Minds 

Gain tools for building resilience and learn how to keep your mind balanced by engaging in different types of mental activities each day. This session also includes a brief overview of WWU resources for mental wellness.

Meet with Jon, Counseling Center therapist, to discuss ways of managing stress and anxiety.
