Join us as staff from Counseling & Wellness and Trip Leaders team up to give you a Saturday designed to help you feel good and explore nature! We will be playing games, practicing yoga, kayaking/canoeing, building connections, making ART, eating tasty food, having dance parties, building fires and enjoying a spring day out at Lakewood together (among other activities, stay tuned!).

Picture this, instead of a big music festival (but with all the same hype, excitement and cool things) this event seeks to bring together Mental Health and Recreation to offer unique ways to get outside, build connections and explore our brains! There'll be space and activities for introverts, extroverts and everyone in between! Also! If you don't want to interact with other people that's great and we'll have opportunities planned for individual solo time exploring! Come hang out and see what a one-of-a-kind event here at WWU is like!

How much does this magical time cost? IT IS SUPER DUPER FREE!

The event starts at 10 a.m. and ends at 6 p.m. Want to attend for the whole time? That's great! There will be plenty of fun activities to keep ya busy. Want to only attend for a portion of it? That's great too! Come for your favorite parts and practice some self-care by spending the rest of the day checking off some items on your to-do list! Staff members from Counseling & Wellness along with Trip Leaders will be present throughout the day leading different activities to learn about your brain, how best to take care of it and the importance of having fun in nature.

Free Party Bus leaving the Outdoor Center every half hour starting @ 9:30am and going until 6:00pm. Brings students back and forth between Outdoor Center and Lakewood! Meet us outside, at the bottom of the Viking Union!
