APR 12: Late Winter Blues

OUTBACK FARM GARDEN

The winter blues seem to last forever here in the Pacific Northwest due to our quirky shoulder season springs. We’ll be getting our hands dirty as we learn how small, doable steps can have impacts on managing episodes of depression and anxiety. Our plant teacher for this session is DANDELION.

COMING UP NEXT MONTH (MAY 10): Growing from Muck

OUTBACK FARM GARDEN

Like worms in a compost pile, we can transform and benefit from life’s hard things! Join us at the Outback compost pile to learn how through experiential practice and dialogue. Our plant teacher for this session is STRAWBERRY.
