meditation club: simple sit

Meditation club is a communal space for meditation and other contemplative practices. For our last two meetings of the school year, we'll be doing a simple 16 minute silent sitting meditation.

We meet on Tuesday and Friday from 4 - 5 pm in VU 464. You are always welcome to come in late, even if the door is closed. Check out our club homepage for more information.
