Description

Frankie is a community-based researcher who partners with
individuals, groups, and communities to capture and share stats
and stories to create change. A part-time professor, Frankie also
teaches courses on the use of AI in APA Writing at the same
university they dropped out of as an unhoused young adult.
This session will use stories of lived experience to illustrate the
challenges facing unhoused young people as they navigate the
transition to college life and academic culture, offering insight and
tools for supporting students through this transition and beyond.
