Fall Info Fair

Fall Info Fair is an annual event that draws thousands of students who come to learn about opportunities and activities on campus and in the broader community. On-and-off campus organizations table at the event along with music, food, and performances. The Fair welcomes new and returning students to campus for a fun celebration before to kick off the new academic year to showcase what WWU and Bellingham have to offer.

This year's Info Fair will take place on Monday, September 22, and will be in two parts, from 11am-1pm and 2pm-4pm. There will be an hour-long intermission between the two halves.

If you are a club, campus organization, or academic department, please register for the Fall Info Fair using this form by Sunday, August 31. 

Select businesses and nonprofits from outside the university will be able to table for a fee by invitation only! 


Prices: 

For-profit Businesses:

Full day, full table - $300

Full day, half table - $150

Half day, full table - $180

Half day, half table - $90

Non-profit organizations: 

Full day, half table - $40

Half day, half table - $25
