WWU Climbing Club

Welcome to the official WWU Climbing Club! This club's purpose is to foster a positive, safe, and inclusive community for the students at WWU to get outside and climb!

We tend to run outdoor climbing trips every weekend in the Fall and Spring quarters (weather permitting). Some trips will focus on specific skills, while others are just to get outside. Every trip unless specified is welcome to all skill levels (beginners are highly encouraged to sign up!)

➣ Trip Sign-Ups will be announced on our Discord, as well as on Instagram. You can find links to both of these sites in our linktree. 

➣ We use Remind to also announce trips and remind users when sign-ups go live (see below)

➣ To sign up for trips, use our linktree! If a trip is full, fill out a waitlist request and we will be in touch with you if space opens up! (Waitlist can also be found in our linktree)

We also offer the option for club members to join our remind if you want announcements fast and directly! We can send out texts to you so you know about event sign ups and club plans as soon as they're made so you don't miss any trips! Don't worry, we won't spam you, we'll only send you messages when it's important ✌️😁
