Call For Vendors - Viking Union Art Market

Welcome to the Viking Union Art Market Call for Vendors form! Please fill out the following questions if interested in participating in the Art Market on Tuesday, May 12th from 12 to 6 pm.

We are looking to support WWU student art, so please only apply if you are a current Western student.

Set up will start 1 hour before the market (11 am) and vendors are welcome to begin setting up at any time within the hour as long as they are ready by 12! Take down will occur right at 6 pm. 

We are looking for vendors who are displaying and selling a variety of artistic creations (from paintings, jewelry, clothing, pottery, etc.). Please fill out the following information if you, or a representative of your art, are able to participate in the art market at the above date and times.

A foldable table will be provided at set up and feel free to bring your own grid wall panels, or display as long as it fits within your designated set-up space.

Would you like the art you are vending to be on the promotional flyers and marketing for the Art Market? If yes, please email photos of your art pieces to amp.arts.marketing@wwu.edu stating that you would like your art to be featured. Please incorporate "Art Market - Promotional Materials - Your Business Name" into the subject line of your email!
