Welcome to the Viking Union Art Market Call for Vendors form! Please fill out the following questions if interested in participating in the Art Market on Wednesday, November 18th from 11am to 4:30 pm.

We are looking to support WWU student art, so please only apply if you are a current Western student.

You are welcome to share your table with friends if you would like or if you feel like you don't have enough wares to fill a whole table. If so, please include information in this form for all the people at your table.

The market will be hosted in the Viking Union's Multi Purpose Room, which only has so much room to fit vendors and their wares. Due to this limitation, we will only be able to accept 50 vendors.

Any student can apply to be a vendor, meaning that some will be unable to sell at the market for fall quarter.

Your acceptance to be a seller at the market is not dependent on when you submit this form, only on the content of your application through this form. That being said, everyone is encouraged to apply and take this opportunity to possibly sell your work and keep all profits! There is no vendors fee and we will take no percentage of sales.

Set up will start 1 hour before the market (10 am) and vendors are welcome to begin setting up at any time within the hour as long as they are ready by 11! Take down will occur right at 4:30 pm.

We are looking for vendors who are displaying and selling a variety of artistic creations (from paintings, jewelry, clothing, pottery, etc.). Please fill out the following information if you, or a representative of your art, are able to participate in the art market at the above date and times.

A foldable table will be provided at set up and feel free to bring your own grid wall panels, or display as long as it fits within your designated set-up space.
