What About Accessibility Info??

Location: Communications Lawn

The event takes place on a lawn that is encircled by a sidewalk. There is a path of traction mats entering the lawn from the east side designed to make it easier to traverse the grass by wheelchair, crutches, or other mobility device. There is also an island of chairs at the end of this accessible pathway.

Sound & Lights: There will be loud amplified sound, and for the last hour, some flashing lights from the stage. Attendees will have the option of moving further from the stage for lowered volume, as there is a large expanse of outdoor space at this event, or taking a break inside the Kaiser Borsari building to gain some quiet time. You can also visit the AMP table at the merch area to get earplugs.

Restrooms: There are accessible gender neutral and gender segregated restrooms in both adjacent buildings, the Communications Facility and Academic West. There will be signage directing toward those.

Please refer to the Campus Map and select the ‘Accessibility’ filter for information about the nearest accessible parking spots and accessible routes.
